A Film, Photography and Visual Arts BFA at Ithaca College, Tom Smith hopes to develop enough skill as a filmmaker to be called talented. During high school, he spent many years acting with the Actors.NET of Bucks County in Morrisville, Pa., his home town. Also, his work has been featured on BucksLocalNews.com after his internship with a division of the Journal Register Company.
